One view of every lane, every supplier, every promise.
Six connected screens that take you from a disruption signal to a message your customer can act on.
01 — Live route map
Every lane, coloured by what is actually happening on it
Lanes are coloured by risk and chokepoints sized by disruption, so the shape of the problem is visible before you read a single number.
When carriers reroute, the diverted lane is drawn dashed. That distinction matters: a lane that might be disrupted and a lane that has already been abandoned call for different decisions.
- Every lane you ship on, mapped to the chokepoints it crosses
- Chokepoints sized by current disruption
- Diverted lanes shown dashed, so certainty is distinguishable from risk
02 — Chokepoint console
Model the scenario before it happens
Set the intensity at any chokepoint, or load a preset — a Red Sea flare-up, a Taiwan Strait crisis, a Panama drought — and everything downstream recalculates instantly.
The point is not prediction for its own sake. It is knowing, in advance, which suppliers and which orders you would need to act on, and by when.
- A slider per chokepoint, plus saved scenario presets
- Supplier scores and order ETAs recalculated as you move them
- Scenarios saved and shared with the rest of the team
03 — Exposure radar
Where your spend sits against where risk is rising
Concentration is only a problem when it lines up with risk. The radar overlays the two so the gap is obvious.
Where the risk outline reaches past your spend, diversification is worth the effort. Where it does not, it is cost without benefit.
- Spend concentration by lane, against current risk on the same axes
- The lanes where diversification would actually pay
- Change over time, so you can see whether it is improving
04 — Supplier deep-dive
Delay, broken down by where it comes from
For any supplier: expected delay attributed to each chokepoint on its lane, the stock buffer you hold against it, the share of the part that is single-sourced, and the date you need to decide by.
No composite score without its parts. If you cannot see why a supplier is rated Critical, you cannot act on it.
- Expected delay attributed to each chokepoint on the lane
- Stock cover and single-source share alongside the score
- The act-by date, and the assessment history behind it
05 — Mitigation playbook
Four options, ranked by days recovered per pound
Pre-book alternate routing, air-freight the critical volume, pull purchase orders forward, or switch to a nearshore supplier.
Each option carries the days it recovers and what it costs, so the trade-off is explicit rather than argued from instinct.
- Ranked options with days recovered and cost against each
- The assumptions behind every figure, open to inspection
- A record of what was chosen, and what happened next
06 — Customer promises
The message, drafted, before the customer asks
Every at-risk order gets a revised ETA and a drafted heads-up naming the cause, the new date and what you are doing about it.
Edit it, or send it as written. The value is in the timing: the first your customer hears of a delay should be from you.
- Every at-risk order with its revised ETA
- A drafted message per order, ready to edit and send
- A log of who was told what, and when
