Pricing questions
The practical bits
How does billing work?
Monthly or annual, in advance, by card or invoice. Annual billing is charged once and works out at ten months' cost for twelve months' use.
Is there a trial?
Design partners start with a paid pilot rather than a free trial, because the value only appears once your own supplier and lane data is loaded. The pilot fee is credited against your first year.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Suppliers, lanes, scores, forecasts and the audit log export to CSV at any time, on every plan.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account stays available to the end of the paid period, then goes read-only for 30 days so you can export. After that it is deleted.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are excluding VAT, which is added where applicable.
