How it works

From raw signal to a message you can send

Four steps, in the order they actually happen.

  1. 01

    Connect your suppliers

Upload supplier, lane and purchase-order data from your ERP. We map every lane to the chokepoints it crosses.

  2. 02

    We watch the world

AI reads vessel tracking, war-risk insurance rates, freight indices, canal and port notices, and news. Each signal is scored for the chokepoints it affects.

  3. 03

    See delay before it lands

Every supplier gets a live risk score, the expected added delay, and the date you need to act by.

  4. 04

    Act and tell customers early

Ranked mitigations, and ready-to-send heads-up messages for every order that will slip.

Capabilities

What you get

Chokepoint console

Model any scenario — a Red Sea flare-up, a Taiwan Strait crisis, a Panama drought — and see the impact in seconds.

Early-warning signals

Leading indicators such as insurance premiums and ships going dark on AIS, often days ahead of the headlines.

Supplier risk scores

Combines route exposure, the stock buffer you hold, and how single-sourced each part is.

Diversion modelling

Knows when carriers will reroute, and what that switch costs you in days.

Mitigation playbook

Pre-book alternate routing, air-freight critical volume, switch to a nearshore supplier, or pull POs forward — ranked by days recovered per pound spent.

Customer promise tracker

Every at-risk order, its new ETA, and a drafted message to send before the customer asks.

Customer promises

The message your customer would rather receive early

Every at-risk order gets a revised ETA and a drafted heads-up, so the first your customer hears of a delay is from you.

1

Which order

Their reference, not yours.

2

What happened

One sentence, no detail they did not ask for.

3

What it means for their date

A revised date, or an honest range and when you will confirm.

4

What you are doing about it

And what you need from them, if anything.

Questions

Before you ask

What data do I need to get started?

A supplier list with origin ports, typical transit times, stock buffers and open purchase orders. A spreadsheet export is enough.

Where do the disruption signals come from?

Vessel tracking data, marine insurance indicators, freight rate indices, official canal and port notices, and curated news — classified by AI and reviewed by analysts.

Does it replace my ERP or TMS?

No. It sits alongside them and reads from them.

How accurate are the forecasts?

Every forecast shows a range and the signals behind it. Accuracy is measured against actual arrivals and reported in your dashboard.

Is my data secure?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted in the UK or EU.

When can I use it?

We are onboarding design partners now. Join the waitlist or book a demo.
